This results in excess epinephrine and throws the entire ANS into a tailspin. High doses of zinc long-term can cause copper deficiency and vice versa. Problem is that dopamine inevitably get transformed in norepinephrine via dopamine β-hydroxylase. Balance is key. Tyrosine is not good at raising blood tyrosine levels in the first place and it's pretty horrible to raise dopamine/noradrenaline etc Even with a slower metabolism than usual , tyrosine will get metabolized way before reaching the blood. Guess I eat enough protein to have my tyrosine needs covered already. 2. Copper can I can't remember who done it, but do a search for copper deficiency and it'll be in the top 10. Eat foods with copper separate from your zinc supplement.
