1080ti not boosting.

In reality, most GTX 1080Ti's (if not all) I'm talking about actual frequency, I can't care less about the base and boost. The gpu boost feature allows the card to boost higher than the advertised boost clock and is normal. . Or in another application, it drops 75mhz cause it kept running into power limit.
