Oluwaseun Owoyeye has over twelve (12) years of cognate work experience in financial market activities, capital market operations, financial management, banking operations and treasury management at a managerial level. His work experience includes financial operations, budget management, risks management and financial reporting. He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and holds a BSc in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria.  

Oluwaseun’s capital market career started with Rostrum Investment & Securities Limited in 2014 where he worked as a Chief Finance Officer. Subsequent work experience includes Brent Mortgage Bank Limited (Head, Finance & Operations) and Financial Trust Company Limited (Group Chief Finance Officer).

He served as a member of Board Audit committee (Secretary), and chairman of Assets and Liabilities committee (ALCO).

He attended the training programmes of Financial Reporting council of Nigeria (FRCN), Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Enterprise Risk Management, The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), KPMG/Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria (MBAN), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and some other training workshops and seminars on financial markets operations (money and capital markets). He joined SVC MUTUAL LIMITED in 2024 as Chief Finance Officer (CFO).
