Neville Atigan

Neville Atigan is a seasoned administrator and human resources expert with over two decades of experience in the oil and gas, energy, and financial sectors. A 1998 graduate of Political Science from Edo State University, Neville furthered his academic journey by earning a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Benin, reinforcing his strong foundation in public policy, governance, and administration.
He is a professional member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), USA, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administrations, and several other professional bodies.
Neville began his career with a notable seven-year tenure at Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) from 2000 to 2007, where he played a pivotal role in the administration and supervision of the high-profile Forcados Yokri Integrated Project in Warri as an Admin Officer. His leadership in managing administrative functions in such a critical project honed his expertise in corporate management and project supervision.
In 2008, Neville transitioned to Daewoo Nigeria Limited, serving as the Head of Admin/Accounts for the Escravos Gas-to-Liquids Project. His contributions to this energy infrastructure project further cemented his credentials in handling complex operations across multiple departments.
In December 2008, Neville joined Skyview Capital as the Head of Admin/HR. His responsibilities encompass overseeing the administration and human resources management. In 2019, he became the Group Head, Admin/HR for both Skyview Capital Limited and SVC Mutual Limited. His strategic direction in HR, talent management, organizational development, and corporate governance has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and staff productivity across these organizations.
Neville’s extensive experience in both the oil and gas sector and financial services, combined with his strong leadership skills, has made him a key asset in aligning human resource policies with business goals to achieve sustainable growth.
