B.Sc (Hons); MPA Neville is a 1998 graduate of Political Science from Edo State University. He also holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Benin. Between 2000 and 2007, Neville was involved in the administration /supervision of the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Forcados Yokri Integrated project in Warri as Admin Officer. He also worked as Head, Admin/Accounts for Daewoo Nigeria Limited at the Escravos Gas to Liquids Project between June and November 2008. He joined Skyview Capital in December 2008 with specific responsibilities as Head, Admin/HR.
