His <\/span>work experience includes<\/span> <\/span>financial <\/span>operations, <\/span>budget management, risks management <\/span>and <\/span>financial <\/span>reporting. He <\/span><\/span>is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and holds a BSc in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria. <\/span><\/p> Oluwaseun\u2019s capital market career started with Rostrum Investment & Securities Limited in 2014 where he worked as a Chief Finance Officer. Subsequent work experience includes Brent Mortgage Bank Limited (Head, Finance & Operations) and Financial Trust Company Limited (Group Chief Finance Officer).<\/span><\/p> He served as a member of Board Audit committee (Secretary), and chairman of Assets and Liabilities committee (ALCO).<\/span><\/p> He attended the training programmes of Financial Reporting council of Nigeria (FRCN), <\/span>Security<\/span> <\/span>and<\/span> Exchange<\/span> <\/span>Commission<\/span> <\/span>(SEC),<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Enterprise<\/span> Risk<\/span> <\/span>Management, <\/span>The <\/span>Chartered <\/span>Institute <\/span>of <\/span>Bankers <\/span>of <\/span>Nigeria (CIBN),<\/span><\/span> <\/span>KPMG\/Mortgage<\/span> <\/span>Banking<\/span> <\/span>Association<\/span> <\/span>of<\/span> <\/span>Nigeria<\/span> <\/span>(MBAN), <\/span>Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and some other training workshops and seminars on financial markets operations (money and capital markets).
