She\nstarted her marketing and client support carrier after her National Youth\nService Corps in 2002 with Norwood Business Limited. She joined Union Bank of\nNigeria Plc in 2007 as a marketer and customer service executive. In 2011, she\njoined Skyview Capital Limited as the Chief Compliance Officer, where she\nworked for about 9 years. Gladys gained so much experience in customer service,\ninternal control, and marketing units respectively.
