SGI is a private pooled fund (discretionary and\nnon-discretionary, guaranteed income investment product) registered with\nthe Securities and Exchange Commission with the letter of NO-OBJECTION\/APPROVAL\ndated 18th day of November, 2022.<\/o:p><\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/p>

The product operates as a tenured\/fixed deposit investment\nplacement with guaranteed income returns on the invested amount based on the\nagreed terms of the investment as stated in the investment offer advice. The\ntenor ranges from a minimum of 30days to a maximum of 365days, however, the\ninvestor (clients) have the option of rolling over the investment.<\/o:p><\/p>

The pooled fund as investment portfolio of clients\u2019\nfunds  under management are invested in any combination or all of the\nfollowing financial asset classes: Quoted equity investment, fixed deposit,\nmoney market products, Nigerian treasury bills, commercial paper quoted on SEC\nrecognised and registered Securities Exchanges, cash, FGN bonds, state\ngovernment and municipal bonds, AAA rating corporate bonds, quoted real estate\ninvestment products.<\/o:p><\/p>

The product offers flexibility in terms of exit, in which\nthere can be withdrawal of the the guarantee returns alone and rollover the\nprincipal in forms of stable regular income or the guarantee returns can be\nprorated in periodic equal installment payments as regular income streams to\nthe investor, there is also provision for liquidation of the investment funds\nprior to maturity based on agreed terms of the offer documents. <\/o:p><\/p>
